Online registration, using the conference registration form, is mandatory for conference attendance. All participants must register until the final registration day, even for "at-desk" type payments.
Each paper must have a full registration for presentation of the paper at the conference and for inclusion of the same in the proceedings (maximum 1 paper/registered author/fee). A Student registration only, is not sufficient for inclusion in the program and proceedings.
AQTR offers several ways for payment:
- Paying with credit card
- Card processing will be unavailable Tuesday 09th of April, between 04:00 AM and 6:00 AM Romania time. Estimated downtime is about 90 minutes. PayU is going to perform a switchover between active and back-up data centers on the PayU platform.
- Online payment is offered through PayU (legal terms).
- Have your credit card ready, when you start the registration process.
- Register and pay online, using the conference registration form.
- Paying by wire transfer
- Pay by wire transfer, using the bank account details below. On the payment order, do not forget to specify "AQTR 2024 conference fees for write here the paper ID(s) from EasyChair, e.g. 217,45, NOT from PDF eXpress".
- Scan the payment proof (JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF, max. 5MB), to upload it in the registration form.
- Register and upload the payment proof online, using the conference registration form.
- Paying at the conference registration desk
- You still need to register online, even if you will pay the fee at the conference.
- Pay (cash only) when you arrive at the conference, at the registration desk. Late registration fees will be applied.
- Currently, we do not offer at-desk payment with credit card.
